IN CONCERT was a breakthrough late night TV series
chronicling the music, the times and the most influential
artists of all time, with in-depth interviews, rare candid
moments, behind the scenes, classic music videos, interesting
venues large and small, professional multi-track stereo audio
recording, and high quality multi-camera shoots of the best
performances of each artistâs favorite songs.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- The series aired on ABC from 1991 to 1998.
- There are 30min, 60min & 90min formats. 2 x 1/2 hr can be combined back
to back to create 1 hr episodes. The 90 minutes are late night specials and
are thematic ie/Christmas special.
- There are over 400 episodes, we require a minimum order of 52 episodes.
- Some episodes contain single artists and other episodes have more than
one artist from a compatible group.
- You can customize the show with a Local Host.
- The format is currently as follows: Host intro ie/I am here in front of
Madison Square Garden where Pink Floyd will play ÒDark Side of the MoonÓ,
cut to the full performance from band, then back to host or maybe an
interview with the lead singer of the band, then to another performance in
the same venue or a different venue. There is about 90% performance in each
episode.
- You can further customize the series and rename it (YOUR CHANNEL) IN
CONCERT creating a station identity.
